This means that we are fully committed to training all employees in order to:

  • Improve staff retention
  • Help staff realise their full potential
  • Improve our staff’s knowledge and skills so that our clients experience the benefits in the service they receive from us

In-depth training programmes have been developed for Induction, Intermediate and Advanced levels within the company and both in-house and external training is available to everyone.

Training needs are identified and analysed at regular one-to-one meetings with line managers and also at six monthly reviews. Every employee has their own individual Personal Development folder, which includes personal training logs that are monitored and reviewed quarterly to measure outcomes.

One of our aims is that all staff are working towards, or have already achieved, a set standard of minimum qualifications at the following levels within the company:

  • Senior Managers
  • Account Managers
  • Account Executives
