Cyan Group welcome Steve Smith

To start 2008 as we mean to go on, Cyan Group have expanded again and warmly welcome two new Client Support Executives, Steve Smith and Matt Tillin.

Steve joins us from a large bluechip company and is no stranger to the print industry. Having started as an apprentice print finisher, Steve worked his way up to minding the litho machines and then onto production management and now holds over 20 years knowledge and experience in the industry.

Matt, who joined Cyan Group in 2007, has now joined our office based team and brings with him a background in digital printing to support his skills as a Client Support Executive.

Steve and Matt’s responsibilities are to assist our Account Managers in their roles, helping them to manage existing clients and support new client accounts and to source, purchase and process print and promotional items for and on behalf of our clients. They will also be researching into new processes to keep Cyan Group up to date and brimming with knowledge on the new technologies available in the print industry and how these will benefit our clients.

Steve says that he is looking forward to the diversity of the new challenges Cyan Group’s clients has to offer and we welcome him on board our Twickenham team.
