We have recently launched our own File Transfer Protocol (FTP) system, an online file transfer system that gives our customers the ability to upload and download artwork and proofs from a high speed secure server.

This avoids blocking up email servers with large email attachments, or waiting to send a CD in the post that might not arrive in time, or using costly couriers. This also gives us instant access to your files so we can start work on printing jobs even sooner!

Clients can have as many users set up as they need for their organisation and each area can be branded with corporate logos and personalised messages so your area is an extension of your PC desktop rather than an external resource.

Cyan's FTP system is totally bespoke and has been designed to be user friendly and totally secure so ONLY we have access to your files which are held on a secure server.

Each time files are uploaded the relevant people receive notification by email so you don't have to call us each time you upload a file and all usage and logins are recorded for ultimate security.
