Leading by example

Here at Cyan, we have been working to improve our commitment to the environment. We have achieved – and more crucially will maintain – a set of stringent and transparent green credentials that challenge us to actively, continually and openly reduce our negative effect on the environment.

One of the things that originally inspired us was the idea that our new direction would encourage our suppliers to improve their green commitments and perhaps even create some healthy ‘green’ competition.

Upping the ante

What we are aspiring to here is the creation of a greater environmental accountability within the industry, in which constructive self-analysis will serve as an aid to continual improvement. Because saving the environment doesn’t have to be an obstacle to good business – we believe it can only benefit our business.

We know that through systematic implementation of considered policies we can make a tangible difference both in our office and further down our supply chain. Throughout the policy-making process we primarily sought to keep the interests of our clients in mind. Consequently, we sincerely hope that our green review accurately reflects the environmental concerns of our clients.
